REFUND POLICY

For C.E. Courses:

 Must be returned within 30 days of purchase in “like new” condition

 After 30 days receive an exchange for a different course

 No refunds or exchanges after receiving C.E. Certificate

 Refund is less $20 s/h and $20 administrative fee = TOTAL less $40

For CPC Application Fee:

 No refunds after receiving CPC Certificate

 Refund is less $150 administrative fee

No refunds for GPCCA membership fee or Coaching Works Newsletters.

Must give 30 days notice to cancel.
